Okay, the picture above is from the website in which we found our dream home plans. As you look at the photo try and imagine a deep red brick. We also picked a red grout (for the bricks) to give the house a solid look. The shutters you see will be black, and the trim will be in white. As I post pictures throughout the building process, everyone can compare it to this final picture and watch how it takes shape. Pretty cool, eh?
It's late ... nearly midnight ... and my Braves were swept in a double-header today. They put up the good fight though ... when they came to bat in the 7th inning they were down 10-2. By the end of the 7th the score was 10 - 9. But of course ... our suck-ass bullpen gave up a homerun so we lost 13-9. Oh well ... I'm adjusting to the thought that this may be the year of the Mets. Geeez, I shudder at the thought ... is it terrible to pray that Pedro Martinez gets carpel tunnel syndrome?
I'll leave with that thought ...
