Dear Sister,

Out of respect to D.D., I will no longer make any posts on your blog (which, by the way, were few and far between - Mom told me how you lied and said I was posting 2 and 3 times a day for weeks. Also, I cleared up the lie that you know I wrote it @ work - sorry, but you need to check your "paranoid" software. I've been home all weekend using MY computer, so if you want to write my boss, knock yourself out). I will offer an apology for using strong language, but I was angry (and still am). When my family is attacked, I fight hard. I will not, however, apologize for the content of my posting. I meant every word, and because our mother and sister are critical thinkers, they know there are two sides to every story. I've poked the holes in your story of lies that they needed to see - all that is left is your dramatic fantasies. Bear in mind, although I will refrain from posting on YOUR blog, it doesn't keep me from posting on MINE. Also, I can read anything I want to on the Internet. I can also comment on anything I want to. Suzie, if you're going to put your life out there for all to see, you have to be prepared for anyone to comment. For goodness sakes, is this what you want to teach your children? Do you think they'll get to moderate their interactions with others?

I'll make one more promise to you - if you stop the lies and the constant desecration of our family's name, I will disappear (if that's what you desire). If you continue to post lies, I'm going to post THE TRUTH on my blog. As a parent yourself, you should recognize how hurtful it would be if your child wrote hurtful and untrue things about your family.

We, "the family you were born into," are not evil, mean, or without feelings. You know that, and it's about time you admit it.

This past weekend I missed the event of the year ... my wonderful nephew, Tyler, got married. My sister and I checked flights (many times), but it never seemed to work out. For some reason, I'm always broke during May each and every year. Who knows why that particular month is so draining ...

Anyway, as you can see from the picture he and his new wife (Malerie) are married and incredibly happy! They're high school sweethearts - she just graduated with her BS in Early Childhood Education, and he has one more year to go on his BS in Criminal Justice (then he'll head to the Game Warden Academy in Texas).

I'm so proud of him and I hate that I missed this rite of passage. I spoke with his mother for hours yesterday to hear every detail of the wedding, and from the sound of her voice it was a lovely day.

Congratulations Tyler and Malerie! I'll talk to you both when you return from Cancun!

Stooooooooopid.

I gotta write this ... I'm trying to be good, really I am. I made a resolution to myself when the New Year came that I'd try harder to be patient, and understanding, and less-judgmental. I've worked real hard to keep that filter on ... some days I can do it; others, it's too hard. You know, like today ...

I'm not even gonna try and sugarcoat this ... I just have to announce this here and now.

MY YOUNGER SISTER SUZANNE BALVANZ IS A COMPLETE IDIOT WHO:
  • is afraid to be herself
  • is frantically trying to impress people with her supposed wit, compassion, and frugalness
  • is hands-down the biggest embarrassment ever to come from Texas
  • is so full of herself and has nothing to back it up
  • is the biggest pretender on the Internet
  • is crazy if she thinks that people don't notice that she is only "frugal" when the item is not something that she needs/wants

Okay ... I feel much better now.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!

Okay, so I'm not COMPLETELY back in the saddle ... I'm buried under my work, so it may take a few days to get back for good. I have sooooo many stories to share since it's been a while.

"Talk" to everyone soon!
