I have been confused and annoyed by the many people I know (and don't know) who claim to be Christians, yet support the killing of others. Finally a group of Christians recognized the hypocrisy and did something about it ...

Good for me. I mostly disagree. God ordered wars. Wars are not un-Christian. HOWEVER, if you look at what's going on in the Middle East right now, you know that international dynamics compel us to get Iraq and its government secure before we leave. I think the government doesn't put it that way because the vast majority of Americans don't understand international politics to understand that every nation in the world is always on the brink of war. Many people would misunderstand and panic. I also think the government is afraid that ALL Americans are as stupid as SOME Americans, so don't give us enough information or explanations.
